RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (the "EGM")
Further to the announcement of 29 August 2013, International Public Partnerships Limited ("INPP" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the EGM held at 2.30 pm today, 23 September 2013, to seek the approval of shareholders to certain amendments to the terms of appointment of Amber Fund Management Limited ("Amber") as Investment Advisor to the Company, the resolution was duly passed without amendment. The full text of the Resolutions and the notice convening the EGM is set out in the circular published by the Company on 29 August 2013 and may be obtained from the Company's website, (http://www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com).

The Company notes that following the passing of the resolution the consequential fee reductions and other changes will take retrospective effect from 1st July 2013.
