2008 Second Half Distribution

BBPP today announced its intention to declare a distribution covering the period from 1 July 2008 to 31 December 2008.

Distribution period:	1 July 2008 - 31 December 2008
Distribution amount per share:	2.7 pence
Ex-distribution date:	25 March 2009
Record date:	27 March 2009
Payment date:	13 May 2009

The 2008 cash distribution of 5.40 pence per share is in line with the target distribution previously outlined by Directors and, as per previous periods, is expected to be entirely funded through operating cash flow.
