Scrip Dividend Circular & Notice of AGM
International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ("the Company", "INPP") is today publishing its Scrip Dividend Circular, explaining the terms of the scrip dividend alternative being offered in respect of the 2015 Second Half Dividend, together with scrip dividend election forms.
In addition, the Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Heritage Hall, Le Marchant Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 2 June 2016 at 10.00 am. The Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been dispatched to all shareholders.
