Scrip Dividend Circular
International Public Partnerships Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company ('INPP' or 'the Company') is today publishing its Scrip Dividend Circular, explaining the terms of the scrip dividend alternative being offered in respect of the 2018 Second Half Dividend.
The Company utilises an online process, reducing the need for paperwork and allowing INPP shareholders access to a web-based service to elect the scrip dividend alternative. In order to access the web-based service and receive electronic communications from the Company, investors should login through www.signalshares.com.
A copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
