CONFIRMATION OF SCRIP DIVIDEND DETAILS

The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP) wish to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend, as the previously announced last date to elect/revoke has been extended:

Dividend period:	1 July 2009 - 31 December 2009
Dividend amount per share:	2.775 pence
Ex-dividend date:	17 March 2010
Dividend record date:	19 March 2010
Last date to elect/revoke elections:	23 April 2010 (5pm)
Payment date/Allotment of scrip:	6 May 2010
Scrip dividend price per share:	113.38 pence

The scrip dividend circular and election forms were mailed on 25 March 2010 to all eligible INPP shareholders on the register as at the record date for the dividend being 19 March 2010. The scrip dividend election forms need to be completed and returned to Capita Registrars at the following address by 5pm on 23 April 2010 by those investors who wish to receive shares in lieu of cash:
