TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
As at 31 October 2011, International Public Partnerships ("INPP" or the "Company") had 534,234,191 issued ordinary shares admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
