As at 31 May 2017, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 1,347,421,076 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 1,347,421,076.
The above figure of 1,347,421,076 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
