UPDATE to analyst presentation

17 March 2023

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', the 'Company'), the FTSE 250-listed investment company which invests in public or social infrastructure assets and related businesses internationally, will announce its results for the 12-month period ended 31 December 2022 on Thursday 30 March 2023.

The presentation will now be online only. This is to minimise potential disruption caused by train strikes scheduled for the day of results. The presentation for analysts and institutional investors will take place as previously indicated, at 8.30am on Thursday 30 March 2023.

The presentation is not open to the media or their third-party representatives.

There is no change to the Company's planned presentation for retail investors, which will be held via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.00pm on Thursday 30 March 2023.
