           Intertek Group plc - Summary of Annual General Meeting

The seventh Annual General Meeting of Intertek Group plc was held at The
Westbury Hotel, Conduit Street, Mayfair, London W1S 2YF on Friday, 9 May 2008,
at 11.00 am, documents having been dispatched to shareholders on 10 March and 7
April 2008 and also placed on the Company's website, www.intertek.com.

Following questions, each resolution was proposed and passed on a show of hands.
