Purchase of shares by an Executive Director of Intertek Group plc 

In accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1), Intertek Group plc ('the  Company') wishes to notify the following transaction.

On 22 April 2016, the Company was notified that, André Lacroix, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of £32.715508 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Lacroix holds 200,000 shares in the Company, equal to 0.1239 percent of the issued share capital.
