Intertek Group plc - Final Dividend for Year Ended 31 December 2006

Following its announcement of final results yesterday, Intertek Group plc
confirms that the final dividend of 10.2p per  share will be paid on 15 June
2007, to shareholders on the register on 1 June 2007, subject to approval at the
Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2007.
