The following amendments have been made to the 'Holding(s) in Company' 
announcement released on 12/12/03 at 10.36 under RNS 1915T.

Correction of Notification of Major Interests in Shares held by Prudential plc

Further to the announcement made on 12 December 2003, a correction 
needs to be made due to double counting of the following accounts held by 
Prudential:

MAGIM HSBC GIS NOM (UK) SALI 
PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PAC AC 
PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PPL AC

As a result the current shareholding of M&G Investment Management Limited on 
behalf of Prudential plc should read 5.59% instead of 9.62%.
