The interest in 5,600 shares arose from an interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc, acting as discretionary manager. The interest in 1,110,370 shares arose from the interest held by Goldman Sachs Asset Management International, a wholly owned subsidiary of GS Inc acting as discretionary manager.
