AMENDMENT

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released yesterday, 14 July 2014 at 15:00hrs (UK time), under RNS No 2233M:

The nature of the transactions have been amended to show that the transactions reflected the on market sale of securities in Investec, following the exercise of options held in terms of the Investec Limited Share Incentive Plan.
