Further to the share purchase program announced on 3 October 2022, the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Pty LTD.

Date of purchase:   17 October 2022 - 21 October 2022  

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:   379,603

Lowest price paid per share   R81.8400

Highest price paid per share   R85.0000

Average price paid per share   R84.2701

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 3,373,528 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 265,526,127.53.
