Further to the share purchase program announced on 21 November 2022, the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:   1716167

Lowest price paid per share   R101.2800

Highest price paid per share   R106.4500

Average price paid per share   R104.3200

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 6,539,922 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of ZAR 552,305,925.05.
