Further to the share purchase program announced on 21 November 2022, the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Limited.

Date of purchase:   16 January 2023 - 20 January 2023

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                    1 387 307

Lowest price paid per share   R106.7700

Highest price paid per share R110.0000

Average price paid per share R108.8567

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.

Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased  14 484 206 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R1 436 747 267.92.
