At the time of the appointment of Philip Albert Lovegrove OBE as a director of
the Company he disclosed a beneficial interest in 11,000 ordinary 50p shares in
the Company held in Fiske Nominees Limited on behalf of the 'Palgrove 1988
Director's pension fund'.  The holding represents 0.57% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
