Declaration of Dividend - First Quarter

In accordance with the guidance given in the Interim Management Statement issued on 3^rd October 2013 the Directors hereby declare a first interim dividend of 5p per ordinary share.

The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30^th October 2013 with a record date of 1^st November 2013.  The dividend will be paid on 22^nd November 2013.
