Interim dividend
For the six month period to 30 September 2005

The Board has resolved to pay an interim dividend on the ordinary shares of 4p
per share in respect of the year to 31 March 2006 (2005:3p) to shareholders on
the register on 2 December 2005.  The shares will be quoted ex dividend on 30
November 2005 and the dividend will be paid on 30 December 2005.
