The Company announces that it was notified on 9 January 2017 that on this date Jeff Kenna, Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 638,160 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from an account in his wife, Nikki Kenna's name to Overmoor Ltd and, from an account in his own name, transferred 174,669 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in the Company to Overmoor Ltd at a share price of 11.4p. Following the transfer, Jeff Kenna's beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 2,162,325 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's total issued share capital.
