Camco International Limited ('Camco'), a leading climate change business in the growing carbon and sustainable development markets, is pleased to announce that all of the Directors of the Company have purchased ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the capital of the Company ('Shares').

The new Shares have been purchased by Overmoor Ltd SSAS of which Jeff Kenna is interested. Following this acquisition, Jeff Kenna has a total interest of 2,895,744 Shares of which 225,000 Shares are held by James Hay Pension Trustees Ltd and 178,211 Shares in Overmoor Ltd SSAS.
The new Shares have been purchased by the SM Trust of which Scott McGregor is interested. Following this acquisition, Scott McGregor has a total interest of 255,810 Shares of which 197,290 Shares are held by the SM Trust.
The new Shares have been purchased by David Roger William Potter SJP SIPP of which David Potter is interested. Following this acquisition, David Potter has a total interest of 117,585 Shares of which 36,940 are held by David Roger William Potter SJP SIPP.
