Following this acquisition, David Potter has a total interest of 222,513 Shares of which 116,868 are held by David Roger William Potter SJP SIPP.

 

In the case of Jeff Kenna, the new Shares have been purchased by Overmoor Ltd SSAS of which Jeff Kenna is interested. Following this acquisition, Jeff Kenna has a total interest of 2,930,269 Shares of which 2,383,452 are held personally, 166,667 Shares are held by Overmoor Limited and 380,150 are held by Overmoor Limited SSAS.
