Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (AQSE: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, announces that it was notified on 27 December 2024 that Neil O'Brien (Non-executive Chairman), Jonathan Marren (CEO) and Adam Howard (CFO) have purchased an aggregate of 404,013 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following this transaction, Neil O'Brien now holds a total of 300,625 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the current issued share capital. Jonathan Marren now holds a total of 414,680 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the current issued share capital and Adam Howard now holds a total of 134,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the current issued share capital.
