Camco International announces that Alex Westlake has stepped down from the Board 
with immediate effect due to continuing ill health.

Mike Ashburn, one of the co-founders of the group in China, will continue as 
Chairman of the Chinese operations. As announced on April 20th Alan Ho, former 
Vice-President at Lafarge Cement China, has joined Camco as Managing Director of 
the China business and will support Mike in the region.

David Potter, Camco Chairman, said: 'We are extremely saddened that Alex has
had to resign and wish him well in the future. His contribution to the industry
over the last decade has been immense.'
