Grant of options

Camco Clean Energy (AIM:CCE)  announces options to subscribe for ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Options" and "Ordinary Shares" respectively) have today been granted to two directors of the Company as follows:

The Executive Share Plan 2006 was approved by shareholders on 27 July 2012.

Vesting of the Options described above is subject to certain performance criteria based on the performance of the business.  In addition, the Options will vest in three equal tranches when the volume weighted average price over the previous 45 days has equalled or exceeded 3p, 5p and 7p and subject to certain other rules of the Executive Share Plan 2006. The Options have an exercise price of €0.01 being the nominal value of each Ordinary Share.

Following the Option grants referred to above, a total of 17,400,173 Ordinary Shares of the Company's existing issued share capital) are subject to Option. This includes 750,000 LTIP awards over ordinary shares for Mr McGregor where performance targets have been met but are subject to deferred vesting under a mutual agreement in the interests of the Company.
