The Company was notified by MPC Investors Ltd in a letter received by the
Company on 21 January (and dated 4 January) , that following a sale of ordinary
shares in the Company, MPC Pilgrim Fund LP now owns 4,746,795 ordinary shares,
representing less than 3 per cent of the outstanding share capital. These shares
are registered with Morgan Stanley.
