Camco International Limited ("Camco", AIM:CAO), a global developer of emission reductions and clean energy projects, announces that it has been informed by Khazanah Nasional Berhad that, on 27 September 2010, Payar Investments Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary undertaking of Khazanah Nasional Berhad) acquired 34,500,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 in the Company, representing 19.56% of Camco's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement.

On 27 September 2010, Camco announced that it was issuing 9,280,913 ordinary shares to Khazanah Nasional Berhad in connection with the joint venture. These shares are due to be admitted to trading on Thursday 30 September 2010. Following the issue of those shares and taking into account the share purchase referred to above, Khazanah Nasional Berhad's shareholding will be 43,780,913 ordinary shares representing 23.59% of Camco's issued share capital (after taking account of the share issue).
