The Company received notification on 3 November 2006 that Fidelity International
Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a non-beneficial
interest in 12,935,413 ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'), equivalent to 9.96 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. The interest is registered as follows:
