Camco International Limiteda leading climate change business in the growing carbon and sustainable development markets, is pleased to announce that it has issued, conditional on admission to trading on AIM, 378,383 new ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in the capital of Camco ('Ordinary Shares').


The shares have been issued to several of the management team and staff (none of whom are Directors of the Company) who elected to receive their bonuses for the 2007 financial year in new Ordinary Shares in lieu of cash.


Application has been made for the 378,383 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM; such admission is expected to occur on 30 May 2008. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the admission of these new Ordinary Shares will be 167,509,965.
