New Website Launch and Management Presentation

 

Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:IES), manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries for the large-scale energy storage requirements of businesses, industry and electricity networks, is pleased to announce the launch of the Company's new website, invinity.com , following the merger between redT energy plc and Avalon Battery Corporation approved by redT shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 1 April 2020. This is the new website address at which the information required by AIM Rule 26 is available

Invinity will host a presentation for shareholders on Thursday 9th April at 4pm UK time.

Neil O'Brien, Chairman of Invinity, will chair the presentation, which will feature members of the Company's senior management and cover a number of areas including:

· An introduction to Invinity's new Executive team

· The market for energy storage and the macro themes that are driving its growth

· The role of vanadium flow batteries in global energy storage and how they compare to other battery technologies

· The strategic rationale for the merger and subsequent creation of Invinity Energy Systems

· Invinity's near-term strategic priorities and commercial targets

This will be followed by an interactive Q&A session with management. The event is expected to run for approximately 60 minutes in total and will be held via an online platform.
