Camco Clean Energy (AIM:CCE)  announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2012, will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Tuesday 17th September 2013 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX.

The Notice convening the AGM is being sent to shareholders today and will be available on the Company's website www.camcocleanenergy.com.
