Result of Extraordinary General Meeting to approve change of name

The Company announces that the special resolution proposing a change of the Company name from Camco International Limited to "Camco Clean Energy plc" has been duly passed by shareholders at today's extraordinary general meeting.

A further announcement will be made once the process for the change of name to Camco Clean Energy plc has been completed.
