Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:IES), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage , announces that all resolutions were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held today at 11am. The result of the poll voting (including all proxies) is detailed below.

All conditions of the Fundraising, except for Second Admission, set out in the Company's announcement on 18 November 2021, have now been met. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 3,930,224 Open Offer Shares, together with 16,314,724 Conditional Placing Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Second Admission will become effective and dealings in the Open Offer Shares and Conditional Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 15 December 2021.
Following Second Admission, the Company will have 115,782,985 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 115,782,985. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Immediately following Second Admission there will be 14,465,082 Short-Term Warrants and 14,465,082 Long-Term Warrants in issue pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer.
