Camco International Limited (AIM: CAO), global developer of clean energy projects and solutions to reduce emissions, announces that, as at 29 June 2012, the Company has a total of 189,678,093 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 189,678,093.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
