Iofina received notification today that, following the disposal of 1,931,186 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 15 July 2010, BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited, acting as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme, is now interested in 3,584,170 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.46 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
