                                 AGM Statement

This year has started well with two months of profitable trading.

The launch of our UfindUs online directory in May, supported by TV advertising,
has been the highlight to date. This enhances our ability to sell an internet
presence to the small and micro business community and gives us an important
presence in the directory/search market.

BT has announced the first contracts for Netintelligence with its ISP base;
through these our recently launched, hosted Netintelligence platform is being
exposed to many opportunities.

We look forward to another successful year.
