iomart Group plc ('iomart' or the 'Company')
Grant of options
iomart Group plc announces that on 24 August 2006, the Remuneration Committee
awarded Richard Logan, finance director of iomart, 200,000 options over the
Company's ordinary 1p shares at an exercise price of 74 pence per share,
exercisable between 24 August 2009 and 24 August 2016.
135,135 of these options have been granted under the Company's EMI Scheme and
64,865 of the options were granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme,
details of which are available in the Company's 2006 Annual Report and Accounts.
Following this award, Mr Logan has options over 200,000 shares representing
approximately 0.23 per cent. of iomart's issued share capital.
