iomart Group plc ('iomart' or the 'Company')
Director's shareholding
iomart announces that on 14 August 2007 Chris Batterham, director of the
Company, transferred 35,186 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP').
Accordingly, 35,186 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a
price of 55p per share and 35,186 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a
price of 55p per share.
Following these transactions, Chris Batterham's interest in the Company
comprises 45,621 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
