DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS
iomart Group plc ('iomart' or the 'Company') was informed today that Sarah
Haran, Operations Director, has exercised options over a total of 435,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in iomart.
Options over 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9p per share were exercised
on 18 July 2006 under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme and options
over 335,000 ordinary shares at a price of 6.25p per share were exercised on 19
July 2006 under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
The options exercised have already been admitted to trading on AIM under
blocklisting arrangements.
Mrs Haran intends to retain the shares issued following the exercise of these
options and now has an interest in 681,955 ordinary shares of the Company
representing 0.88% of the issued share capital. Mrs Haran also has an interest
in options over 1,334,161 ordinary shares.
