DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS
Following Bill Dobbie's change of role at iomart Group plc (the 'Company' or
'iomart') from an executive director to a non-executive director, he has decided
to partially reduce his shareholding in the Company.
The Company was informed that on 27 November 2003, Bill Dobbie sold 2,500,000
ordinary shares in iomart at a price of 40p each. The Company has been informed
that these shares have been placed with institutional investors.
Bill Dobbie's interest in the share capital of iomart after completion of this
sale is as follows:

Bill Dobbie commented 'The Board have been aware for some time of my intentions,
