DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS

iomart Group plc ('iomart') announces that following an exercise of share
options, Sarah Haran has sold 150,000 ordinary shares in iomart. Details of the
sale are as follows:

Sarah Haran        150,000           0.20%             246,955           0.32%

The options exercised have already been admitted to trading on AIM under
blocklisting arrangements. Following the exercise of these options Sarah Haran
has an interest in options over 1,829,240 ordinary shares.
