iomart announces that on 14 December 2010 the Company was informed by each of the following Directors of the sale by them (including, in the case of Richard Logan, his connected persons) on 14 December 2010 of ordinary shares of 1p each in the share  capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to satisfy institutional demand, as follows:
