Grant of SAYE Options

The Company has today been notified that Angus MacSween, Richard Logan, Sarah Haran and Ian Ritchie (the "Directors") are intending to participate in the iomart Sharesave Plan 2013 (the "Plan"). Under the terms of the Plan, the Directors are committed to contributing £250 per month each, over a three year period. As at 1 February 2017 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's shares which have been granted at 191.4 pence per share. Assuming full participation in the Plan, each of the Directors will have 4,702 options over the Company's shares.

As at today's date the total beneficial holding of Angus MacSween in the Company is 16,800,552 shares which represents 15.8% of the Company's shares, Richard Logan has a beneficial holding in shares in the Company of 981,393 shares which represents 0.9% of the Company's shares, Sarah Haran has a beneficial holding in shares in the Company of 1,963,747 shares which represents 1.8% of the Company's shares and Ian Ritchie has a beneficial holding in shares in the Company of 151,400 shares which represents 0.1% of the Company's shares.
