The Company received notification on 12 January 2006 that as of 05 January 2006,
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., ('GS Inc') has an interest in a total of
4,855,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The interest in these shares arose
from a beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned
indirect subsidery of GS Inc. These shares are, or will be, registered at CREST
in account CREPTEMP.
