                               ISSUE OF NEW SHARES

Application has been made for 500,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ('Ordinary
Shares') (fully paid ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares) to be
admitted to the Official List and to be traded on London Stock Exchange plc's
market for listed securities ('Admission'). These Ordinary Shares have been
issued following the exercise of 500,000 options over Ordinary Shares pursuant
to the Company's unapproved share option scheme.

It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will
commence in the 500,000 Ordinary Shares on 11 April 2007. Following Admission
the issued share capital of the Company will be 247,054,555 Ordinary Shares.
