                        IP2IPO Group plc (the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 432,800 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares') (fully paid ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares) to
trading on AIM. The 432,800 Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the
exercise of 432,800 options over Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that admission to trading on AIM will become effective and that
dealings will commence in the 432,800 Ordinary Shares on 7 October 2005.
Following the admission of the 432,800 Ordinary shares, the issued share capital
of the Company will be 45,747,387.
