IP Group plc - Director / PDMR Shareholding

IP Group plc ("IP Group" or "the Company"), today announced the results of the Capital Raising, according to which the Company will issue 60,606,060 Capital Raising Shares, raising gross proceeds of £100.0 million.

As a result, the Company today received notification from the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in relation to their interests in the Company following the Capital Raising, as set out in the table below.

The above figures include 3,230 shares subscribed for in the Open Offer element of the Capital Raising by Mike Humphrey.

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission of the Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will take place on 14 February.

Following admission the Company will have 435,864,919 ordinary shares in issue.
