IP Group plc - Directorate change
IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Company" or "the Group"), the developer of intellectual property based businesses, announces that Francis Carpenter has stepped down as a non-executive
director of the Company on 30 June 2014 following completion of his second three-year term.
Mike Humphrey, the Group's Senior Independent Director, will take over the role of Chairman of the Group's Remuneration Committee from Francis.
Alan Aubrey, Chief Executive of IP Group, said: "I would like to extend the Board's thanks to Francis for his commitment and counsel over the last six years and to wish him all the best for the future."
There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.11R to 9.6.15G.
