          GETECH GROUP PLC - 10 DAY PRE-ADMISSION TO AIM ANNOUNCEMENT


IP2IPO Group plc (AIM: IPO) ('IP2IPO') is pleased to announce that GETECH Group
plc ('GETECH'), a company that was formed within the University of Leeds, has
filed a 10 day pre-admission announcement with the AIM Team setting out its
intention to float on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange plc by way of a Placing.  GETECH is an oil services business that
specialises in the compilation and analysis of gravity and magnetic data.
Immediately prior to the Placing IP2IPO holds a 21% equity stake in GETECH.
